INFORMATION
CHANGES THE PLAN.
01
Disclose relevant conditions
Share injuries, diagnoses, medications or changes in health that could affect exercise participation.
02
Use appropriate medical clearance
When a condition or symptom requires medical evaluation, obtain guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional before continuing.
03
Report symptoms immediately
Stop training and communicate unusual pain, dizziness, chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.
04
Respect modifications
Changing an exercise, load, range of motion or session plan is part of coaching — not a failure to train hard.
05
Stay within scope
Fitness coaching does not diagnose injuries, prescribe medical treatment or replace licensed healthcare care.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, stop exercising and seek emergency medical care. Website information is general and is not individualized medical advice.
