    • You have 12, 36 0r 72 sessions that must be used within one month, 3 months or 6 months with scheduling based on availability.

  5. Is personal training suitable for all fitness levels?

    • Our training is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners, intermediates, advanced, and highly advanced clientele.

  6. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?

    • If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please note the following policy:

      • The client will be charged for a canceled appointment unless the client notifies Jonathan Mullins or Marinejonfit of such cancellation at least 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

      • If the client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the lost time will be forfeited, and the client will be charged for that training session as if they had been present.

  7. How do I track my progress with personal training?

    • Clients will be provided access to a Google document that displays weekly results from bioelectric impedance (smart scale), showing comprehensive data from weight to skeletal muscle.

  8. What COVID-19 safety measures are in place for in-person training sessions?

    • We prioritize your safety. If you feel the need to wear a mask during training, you are more than welcome to do so to ensure your comfort while following safety protocols at our selected facilities.
