Hide Test / Internal Account
Hiding a client removes them from the normal Admin dropdown without changing their packages, sessions, contracts, portal access or Google Calendar. Turn on SHOW HIDDEN above whenever you need the account for testing.
Delete Client Record
Use this only for duplicate/test/incorrect clients you truly want removed. The tool shows the impact first. Deleting removes the MarineJonFit database record and its package/session/document relationships.
Add / Renew Package
Create the next package under the same client record. No new assessment, no duplicate client, no automatic sessions, and no Google invitations.
The client's current schedule is copied automatically. Change it only if the renewal changes their normal days/times.
Training Timeline & Contract Archive
One continuous MarineJonFit record — current training cycle, next package, prior package history and one executed contract per package cycle.
REPLACE PDF keeps the same archive record and package relationships. REMOVE PDF ONLY keeps the document record but returns it to PDF Pending.
Fix Package Linkage Before Activation
Review sessions dated before the package they are currently linked to. Reassigning here changes only the package relationship; status, session accounting fields, date/time and Google Calendar linkage stay intact.
Where The Package Stands
See what has been charged, what still needs a decision, what is scheduled ahead, and what portion of the package is not yet represented on the session ledger.
Update the normal schedule for this package. This changes package metadata only — it does not move, create, or delete Google Calendar appointments.
